Lately me and my friend have been meeting at least twice a week to work out. Now, we don’t go to the gym for two reasons: we’re broke and we live in different towns. So, my mom had a Jillian Michaels home work out video collecting dust and she let us have it.
I know, it seems “girly”, but it kicks our asses every day we do it. I get so sore it’s ridiculous. I could hardly move the next day. Anyways, it is good well recommended work out routine. There are three levels of work outs that are 20 minutes a piece. You’re supposed to do one a day I believe, but of course my work out partner likes to kill me and we usually do two. Fortunately and unfortunately she wasn’t feeling good today so we only did one level.
It also gives you a beginners experience and a non-beginners. I am usually Anita (the beginners), although she is WAY more ripped than I am! Anyway, I would look it up! It’s her 30 day shred video!
