I don’t have very many pictures this time. But I did have a pretty eventful day for a day off. What I mean by “pretty eventful” is that I wasn’t watching tv all day! Anyways, to start out, I got my hair cut! I didn’t realize how bad it was until my mom took a picture of my hair before she cut it. (Yes, I’d much rather go to my mom than pay $30 for a haircut that was sloppy and caused more split ends). I am actually pretty embarrassed that I went around with my hair as messed up as it was… And I had no idea either.

Thankfully, my mom was able to even everything out and for free! But after that was when things got interesting. My mom needed to separate her older chickens from the younger ones because some of the old hens were pecking holes in the new hen’s eggs. Anyways, I was chasing chickens. Trying to get some out of one pin and into another, and holding a door for my mom to toss some my way. It was rather hilarious to try and shoo the chickens. And it was exhausting because they are so stubborn and don’t know which way they need to run. But that was fun. I felt like a real country girl doing that. 

After that I came home and watched Insurgent with my love, as a kind of truce of sorts. Then I went to tan outside. I had to make it into two trips because it was so hot outside I had to take break. And in that break I wrote a new poem! I’m not sure yet, but I want to post it on here when it’s finished completely. I need to get over the fear of rejection, and what better way to do so than to put your writing out there? 

Anyways, that is what my day consisted of, on top of family night at my sisters house playing Mad Gab. And then home me and my boyfriend went. It was a pleasant day.
