This was my second attempt, believe me the first was worse. Unfortunately, I am not skilled in making homemade chips for a healthy snack. I honestly thought that it was fool proof, but I was wrong. I think the slices needed to be thinner… Or something like that. I’m not entirely sure what went wrong, but something did! And now I have to buy more Zucchinis!!! I will not quit until I make the perfect zucchini-papricka chips!!
Until then, I’ll be making the easier healthy snacks on Cosmopolitan‘s list. Like popcorn, and Greek yogurt and berries (which is heaven by the way!), turkey and avacado wraps, and etc. (There are more but I forgot them).
